There isn't anything more beautiful than to witness the trees and colours of Fall up here in the Pacific Northwest, that is unless you are juicing!

Here's some of our favorite Fall Veggies you can use for juicing:

1. Turnips
2. Beets with their greens
3. Cauliflower 
4. Broccoli
5. Collards
6. Kale
7. Cabbage
8. Brussell Sprouts
9. Carrots...of course!

Here's our top 3 veggie tonics for 2:

14 carrots
four kale leaves
3 brussell sprouts
2 red delicious apples or any red apple


14 carrots
1 cup green cabbage
2 cups broccoli with stems
3 ribs celery
2 red apples of any kind

14 carrots
2 cups cauliflower
1 small or medium beet with their greens
2 green apples like pippin or granny smith

Remember not to juice too many beets at once, as they will make your voice hoarse, feeling sort of scratchy all day, and/or give you the runs, so be careful!

Most of the time when Linda and I are juicing, we use parsley with all of our veggie drinks because Parsley is an herb that is very high in nutrients for rich and healthy blood.
